Plans to set up an ‘undesirable’ 5G smart phone pole in a “leafed road” have been refused.
CK Hutchison Networks Limited desired permission from Gloucester Common council to place the 52ft (15m) pole in Kingscroft Roadway.
Councillor Declan Wilson, along with citizens elevated, problems regarding the potential site for the phone pole at the junction with Eco-friendly Lane.
